Catching up

 The common remark about buses - "you wait an hour for one and three come along at the same time" - is appropriate for this post as it relates to past posts.

Firstly - Birds!
We haven't see the goldfinches for a week or so now, but today two were back and stayed sometime.
Not a brilliant photograph, but taken from an upstairs window to avoid disturbing their breakfast.






Secondly - the bath!


AB Building Products from Andover has turned up trumps with a sealant to match the bathroom suite.
It is Orbasil Coloured Silicone Ral 7032
     Pebble Grey
a colour we feel that has taken us out of the avocado "Social Outcasts" category.

Finally, Chloe's Quay Enquirer piece about 'Emotional Literacy' has had a positive impact. I quote:

My eldest son Bruce, who lives in Scotland, has a son who is a Downs lad.
Bruce and his wife are wonderful parents and help to raise thousands of pound for the school that Lucas attends.
